Baked Pizza Dip  

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) light cream cheese – room temperature

1 cup shredded mozzarella – divided in half

1 cup shredded shredded cheddar cheese – divided in half

1 cup parmesan ( shredded or grated will work fine) – divided in half

1 ½ cups of your favorite marinara sauce

1 cup of your favorite pizza toppings (salami or pepperoni or sausage or mushrooms or fresh mozzarella or whatever you have available )

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees (F). Spray a Pyrex pie plate (or any other oven proof dish that is approximately the same size) with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the cream cheese evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup of parmesan and ½ cup of cheddar over the cream cheese. Top the cheeses with marinara sauce and spread it evenly over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle the remaining  cheeses over the sauce. Top with your favorite toppings. Bake until the cheese has melted for about 20 to 25 minutes. Let the dip cool a few minutes before serving.
