Balsamic marinated grilled Steak Kebab

 Ingredients

1 cup of your favorite balsamic dressing

2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into even cubes

2 red bell pepper, seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces

2 medium size zucchini, cubed

1 container grape tomatoes

1 (12 oz) container white button or baby bella mushrooms, cleaned

2 red onions, cut into chunks

10 – 15 skewers, depending on length maybe a few more or less (if using wooden skewers make sure to soak them in water for a while before using)

Directions

In a large Ziploc type freezer or storage bag add the balsamic dressing and the cubed steak. Refrigerate and let marinade for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

To assemble the kebab skewer steak, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, mushroom, tomato and repeat. You can assemble in any order you like. Make sure to leave about 1 inch on the top and 1 inch of the bottom of the skewer to make is easier to grab when eating.

Grill the kebab over medium heat until the veggies are tender and the meat is cooked through. It will take about 15 – 20 minutes. Make sure to turn often so all sides brown.
