Big Batch Oven Baked Bacon
Ingredients
2 pounds bacon
You need 2 Aluminum Cookie Sheets or 2 regular Cookie Sheets lined with Parchment paper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the bacon on the cookie sheets in a single layer and bake until the bacon is nicely browned and crispy. Depending on the thickness of the bacon it can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. When the bacon is done transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. Put paper towels on top as well and dab to remove some more of the grease. Eat and enjoy !

We had company for breakfast yesterday and I wanted to make bacon. I will not make bacon any other way again. This will be my go to recipe. I used aluminum cookie sheets that I bought at the dollar store. After the bacon was done I just threw them away. No grease splatter, no mess and no clean up. This is a wonderful way to prepare bacon.
