Cocktail Sauce from Scratch
Ingredients
1 cup Ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons Horseradish ( or more if you like it hotter)
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Pepper
1 tablespoon Gin
Directions
Mix all ingredients and put in a container with lid. Refrigerate for a few hours. This recipe also can be made the night before.
Cocktail Sauce
This tastes so much better than the store bought I used to get. I have been using this recipe for the past year and have saved a lot of money by making it myself.
