Cranberry Pistachio Bark
Total Time 1 hour 30 minutes Yield: about 2 pounds
Ingredients
1 ¼ cups dried cranberries
22 oz milk chocolate chips
3 oz white chocolate chips
2 cups shelled pistachio nuts
Directions
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Melt the white chocolate chips as well. Spread the melted chocolate on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet then add the cranberries and chopped pistachios on top. Push the cranberries and pistachios a little into the chocolate. Drizzle the white melted chocolate on top. Chill for 1 hour, or until firm. Break into squares, and enjoy. Store unused portion in an air-tight container
