Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche


Total Time: 60 minutes – (yield 8 servings)

Ingredients 

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

3 eggs plus 2 egg yolks

1  12oz can evaporated milk

salt and pepper to taste

¼ teaspoon onion powder

1 (9-inch) deep dish refrigerated pie crust


Directions

Preheat your oven to 375 º F. Spread the bacon and cheese evenly on the pie crust. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, milk and seasoning until well combined. Pour the filling into the pie crust. Bake  for 50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
