Kräuter Butter aka Herb Butter

Total time: 15 minutes – yield 8 tablespoons

Ingredients

1 stick of butter, room temperature

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped

½ teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon granulated garlic

¼ teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients  in a medium size bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until well combined. Transfer the butter to a piece of parchment paper. Shape into a roll and twist the ends (picture a tootsie roll 😊 ). Refrigerate.
