Libby’s Pumpkin Pie
Almost like Libby’s Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
2 deep dish pie crusts
1 ½ cups white sugar
2 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
4 eggs
1 (29 ounce) can or 2 (15 ounce) cans libby’s pure pumpkin
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
Directions
Pre- heat oven to 425° F. In a large bowl add the eggs to the pumpkin and mix on medium speed until well combined. Add the salt, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Stir in the evaporated milk and mix on medium speed until combined. Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Then reduced the temperature to 350° F and bake for an extra 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool and enjoy. This pie should be refrigerated once cooled. It tastes great when served with whipped cream.
