Melt in your Mouth Buttery Pork Chops
Total time : 50 minutes – serves 4
Ingredients
4 bone in pork chops
1 ½ cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste or my personal favorite Zatarain’s Creole Seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet with non-spray cooking spray. Place the melted butter in a shallow container that will fit the pork chops ( I used a pyrex glass pie plate which worked great). Pour the bread crumbs in another shallow container I used a 9×13 aluminum pan for easy clean up). Season the pork chops. Dip one pork chop at a time in the butter, making sure both sides are coated with butter, then dredge in the bread crumbs. Place the pork chops on the prepared cookie sheet. Make sure they don’t overlap. Bake in the middle rack of your oven for 30 – 40 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Let rest of 10 minutes. Enjoy !
