My BBQ (Rib) Rub
BBQ RUB
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
6 teaspoons paprika
4 tablespoons coarse kosher salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons ground dry mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon white pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
