My Cannoli Dip
Total Time: 20 minutes Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioner sugar
2 teaspoons homemade vanilla or vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
In a food processor blend the ricotta with the confectioner sugar, vanilla and orange zest. Fold chocolate chips into the cheese mixture. Put into a bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until chilled.
