My Favorite Lemon Drop

Ingredients

1 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup vodka

3/4 cup – 1 cup superfine sugar

ice

Directions

Mix the lemon juice with the sugar and vodka. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Depending on your taste and the “sourness” of the lemons you might want to add a little more sugar. Freeze mixture for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the mixture, add to a shaker as well as ice. Rim glass with sugar and pour your drink. Enjoy !
