Ranchy and Buttery Roasted Lime Shrimp

Ingredients

2 pounds medium or large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

3 tablespoons butter

1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix

2 limes

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Put the butter on the sheet pan in the oven until melted. Once the butter has melted place the shrimp in a single layer on the sheet pan. Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning evenly over the shrimp. Gently mix to combine. Cut one of the limes in half and squeeze a little of the juice over the shrimp (about a teaspoon). Slice the second lime and place the lime slices over the shrimp.

Place the sheet pan back into the oven and bake until the shrimp are pink, firm and cooked through, about 10 minutes.

You can enjoy these hot out of the oven or at room temperature.
