Roasted Butternut Squash
Ingredients
1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons real maple syrup
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is preheating mix the cubed butternut squash with the olive oil, salt, pepper and maple syrup in a Ziploc bag. Arrange the seasoned butternut squash in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven until the butternut squash is tender and lightly browned ( about 30 – 45 minutes). Enjoy !
