Roasted Cauliflower Florets
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower – cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees F. Mix the cauliflower florets with olive oil and all the seasoning on a cookie sheet until all the florets are covered with oil and seasoning. Roast in oven until golden brown and tender. Depending on the size of the cauliflower florets it will take about 30 – 45 minutes. Stir ever 15 minutes to make sure the florets brown evenly and to prevent burning.
