Summer Veggie Squares
Ingredients
1 package refrigerated crescent roll sheet
1 package Boursin Herb Cheese or Whipped Chive Cream Cheese – if you prefer you can use homemade ranch dressing
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 roasted red bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
1 carrot, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or use parchment paper.
Place the crescent roll dough on the cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Then let the Dough sheet cool a bit. Once cooled spread the Boursin Cheese or Whipped Chive Cream Cheese (whichever one you are using) evenly over the cooled dough.
Arrange all the veggies on top of the creamed mixture. Cut into triangles or squares or whatever shape rocks your boat and enjoy 🙂
