Thai Pepper Chili Salt
Ingredients
1 cup coarse kosher salt
5 thai chili peppers
Directions
After cleaning the chili peppers remove the stems. Depending on your heat tolerance you might want to cut the chili and half and remove some of the seeds. More seeds equals lots of heat. Less seeds equal less heat. Add the chili peppers to a food processor and pulse 4-5 times. Add the salt to your food processor as well and pulse until well mixed. Store the chili salt in an airtight container. I like to use a mason jar for this. Enjoy !
