The best and fluffiest scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
4 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Butter
Directions
Crack Eggs in a bowl and beat with fork or whisk until the egg yolks and whites are mixed together. Add 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise and mix into the eggs. Some white specks will remain – that’s fine. They will melt when the eggs are cooked. Enjoy !
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet on low/ medium heat. Once the Butter has melted add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook over low heat. Use a wooden spoon or a silicone spatula to stir eggs until they are cooked.
